Would not God find this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart. (Psalm 44:21 NASB)
Teach me Your way, O LORD; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your name. (Psalm 86:11 NASB)
I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart, And will glorify Your name forever. (Psalm 86:12 NASB)
The secrets of the heart…
I was praying for someone earlier this morning (yesterday morning now – as I started this post yesterday morning) and I saw something in this person that I’d never seen before…
I’d been looking for a key – looking for a key to unlock their heart – and I found it – well the Lord showed it to me…
It came after I’d exhausted every available means to find this key for them…
The Lord gave it to me and I started to rejoice…
I started to laugh and laugh and laugh…
The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. (Psalm 119:130 KJV)
It’s time sometimes as we pray for people – it’s time (giving things time – if the Lord isn’t giving us an answer it’s just “leaving it with Him” and waiting for Him to give us an answer – we can’t “hurry” the Lord 🙂 )…
When you have that “moment” when you “see it” in the spirit (the spiritual realm) it’s all worth it… 🙂
I am laughing now also… 🙂
Trust…
Trust was the key for this person…
They had never been able to trust members of the opposite sex…
When they were “drawn” to members of the opposite sex it was always on “their terms” so that they could be in control (they wanted to be close to members of the opposite sex but just couldn’t do it unless they were “in control” – that was a “safety mechanism” for them)…
This had had disastrous results in their life…
But they hadn’t seen it…
I asked the Lord specifically whether this person had seen it and He said, “No”…
Wow…
They were “kept” (safe by the Lord from the sin which would lead to death) in all that control (witchcraft is spiritual murder) because they had not been aware of what they were doing…
Childhood events can scar us deeply…
A “point of control” one teacher I read called it – things which happen to us in the vulnerability of our youth which “scar” us and make us see other events in life from this perspective even though they may not be – they “taint” our experience of life and cause us to “put up our walls” and not allow anyone “through”…
I saw this for this person and in seeing it I knew that the Lord would set them free…
Finally and forever…
