As per my post on our Transparency Group website ‘The Church…’ I have it on my heart to start a church here in Christ’s Church, New Zealand called ‘Transparency Church’… 🙂

A church which is very much what I described in the above article…

A transparent church (I believe transparency is the armour of light) where those involved, are honest with themselves and everyone else involved about how ‘non-perfect’ they are and instead of focusing on eliminating their ‘imperfections’ (a negative focus) focus on allowing Jesus to live through their new selves more and more and more (a positive focus) in line with John 3:34, 1 John 1:7 and Romans 13:12…

Where we allow each other to grow at the pace which the Lord provides for each one, where there is no condemnation and no pushing but all who hold to ‘Our Values…’ (which are basically identical to the values I’ve shared, for our company), share ‘Our Vision…’, don’t have any opposition to ‘The Call…’, who know the Lord (or want to get to know the Lord) can be involved, in a non-threatening environment where they don’t have to pay anything to be involved (in keeping with 2 Corinthians 9:7)… 🙂

Initially, I will be the ‘Growth Facilitator’ and our key scriptures (or triple tagline) will be ‘Your banner over us is love’ (taken from Song of Solomon 2:4), ‘You who began a good work in us will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus’ (taken from Philippians 1:6) and finally, because of this, ‘We will grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ’ (taken from 2 Peter 3:18)…

There won’t be any pattern or formula which we will follow in our meetings together, or any pre-planned agenda, we’ll just endeavour to give the Holy Spirit room to do whatever He wants to when we get together in line with Romans 8:14, 2 Corinthians 3:17 and 1 Thessalonians 5:19…

We believe in everyone being released to take part in our meetings together, in submission to the Holy Spirit and the scripture with everything being done decently and in order in line with 1 Corinthians 14:40 under His leading for the Glory of Jesus and God the Father… 🙂

We believe that God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are God, we believe that They love all people, we believe that all people have turned away from God and gone their own way, we believe that Jesus came to earth as God and as Man, lived a perfect life, sacrificed himself on the cross, became sin for us, shed His Blood, shed His Water, experienced God’s Wrath and gave up His spirit (i.e. physically died) on behalf of all people so that all people could look to Him (Jesus) and be saved, we believe that He rose bodily from the dead on the third day in the power of the Holy Spirit and that He ascended to heaven and now sits at the Right Hand of God the Father making intercession for all who believe in Him…

We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus and His Finished Work, which is a gift from God not by works so that no one can boast, we also believe in water baptism as a symbol of what God did when He saved us in crucifying us with Christ and causing us to be born again, giving us a new heart, a new spirit and a righteous soul by which He enabled us to believe in Him unto salvation, we also believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the baptism of Fire to prepare and purify us for His service…

We believe that the purpose of the Church is to build ourselves up in our most holy faith (Jude 1:20) and to radiate Christ Jesus to all the peoples of the world (Matthew 5:14) showing them and each other His likeness in everything we do – this is a demonstration of the Manifold Wisdom of God to the rulers and authorities in the spiritual realm (Ephesians 3:10) – and shows to all of heaven His imminent right to rule and reign on the earth (Romans 15:12)…

If this – the creation of Transparency Church here in Christchurch, New Zealand – is of the Lord then He will provide us somewhere to meet (either gifted to us without us asking anyone for it or paid for by our company or a mixture of both) and also provide at least 7 founding (over the age of 21) members (of whom I will be one, so 6 more founding members) who share the same vision and values, have a desire to become a house of prayer for all nations and want to allow the Lord to work with them to shine the light of His love and salvation out to the entire world so that every nation will see it and be saved before His return in line with Matthew 24:14, Matthew 28:18-20, Luke 13:19, Joel 2:28-29 and Isaiah 9:6-7…

This post is really just a statement of intent that Lord willing will become a reality in the Lord’s time in the days to come, here in Christ’s Church, New Zealand, within The Great Southland of the Holy Spirit & The Pacific Ring of Fire Region… 🙂
