The Lord dropped this revelation into my consciousness late last week (if I remember correctly)…

I guess I’ve known that but not known it (like He brought it to my attention)…

So many of the things I spend my time on are an effort to create happiness for myself…

This is outside of my control…

Only He living through me can make me truly happy…

Every effort we have to make ourselves happy is fleeting and temporal – it must be repeated over and over to continue the feeling – the feeling of happiness…

Anything we have to try to keep up to keep getting – subconscious things even – it’s all an endeavour to make ourselves happy…

Our happiness is to serve others…

To be a receptacle through which God can bless others – this is what makes us happy in God…

This is the only thing which is true happiness – no one can take this away from us – whatever our circumstance or situation – no matter what our physical reality may be this inner attitude – this inner decision – this inner will which the Holy Spirit is creating in us – flowing through us with His liquid gold – His golden oil like in Zechariah – not by might nor by power but by My Spirit declares the Lord…

Exciting and free – no effort involved…

His commands really aren’t burdensome and Jesus really did live in submission to the Holy Spirit who lived through Him…

And this is what He wants us to do – to know Him – living through us – to experience Him – living through us – this is Eternal Life – there is no down side to this – no matter what the persecution is coming against us from the outside – to know Him living through us on the inside is enough – it is peace – it is peace within – and fulfillment that we are loving others – there is no law against love – even if we are misunderstood – there is no law against love…
