We live by faith…
I’ve been experiencing over the last day the reality of living by faith…
When the Lord speaks to you He fills you with faith…
You don’t even respond – you just feel the faith filling you…
His word bring life…
He is life…
Faith is what gives us life…
The flesh falls off as He gives us life…
He told me not to struggle to repress my flesh…
My flesh will fall off in the Presence of His Love…
It will – and it is…
There can be no suppression or repression of our flesh…
No inner fight with our will trying to resist the advances of the flesh – it must be His will through us – His Spirit through us – rising up in us – to resist the flesh and to shut it down…
He isolates it, i.e. makes it inoperable, and then He removes it by injecting us with faith…
His word – His inner ear or audible voice word – I hear it inside my head speaking to me – gives me life…
When I get prophetic words, either for myself or for others, it is a constant flow of words, I hear the words and I write them down…
It brings life – just even the writing down of the words brings life – although sometimes we’re out driving or something and can’t write the words down – but He reminds us of the words which He has spoken to us – he brings back the experience – the memory – of what He has said to us – He has done this to me – and He is always encouraging me – sure sometimes He really puts me on the spot and asks me very pointed questions – when He is trying to get at my heart – but (apart from this) He is always encouraging me – encouraging me to look ahead – speaking faith into me for the next (or upcoming) season (or seasons) in my life – preparing me for what is ahead – forewarning me and fore-encouraging me…
I am indebted to Him – without His continual encouraging Voice – I would not be able to continue…
The just shall live by faith – and I’ve also been seeing that the faith He speaks actually rejuvenates our bodies…
He literally is our life – control sucks life out of us…
It destroys us and ages us…
Faith reinvigorates us – it makes us young again…
We rise up on wings as eagles…
When the Lord speaks to me sometimes something He has said causes fear to be exposed in me – this stops the flow of His word – I have to pause and wait for the fear to leave and then continue on…
If I try and “squash down” the fear then what I write will not be His word – I have to wait for that fear to be surrendered and then He can continue to speak – you know when this is happening – He is teaching me this…
Fear is mutually exclusive to faith…
Both cannot co-exist together…
One has to leave…
Faith must win in a child of God – because everyone who is born of God overcomes the world – and we overcome the world with our faith…
