I really have it on my heart to call for prayer for the city of Christchurch, New Zealand…
I would like to request anyone who has it on their heart to pray for the city of Christchurch, New Zealand to join together to do so…
I feel that we should pray between the 25th January 2012 & the 25th March 2012…
After the 25th March 2012 I feel that we should reassess where we are…
I feel the burden of the Lord to call anyone who has it on their heart to pray together for His will to be done in this city and beyond…
To give this city and the situation we find ourselves in to the Lord to see what He will say…
To completely give our situation to the Lord…
I really don’t know how this will work but I feel to “put it out there”…
This is not a “time” commitment but a “heart” commitment – I may not be able to dedicate “hours” (or even minutes) of time to prayer but I will carry it on my heart throughout the day and pray as the Lord leads me (perhaps in my car to and from work, perhaps in the shower or on the toilet) – I think if any of us “get anything” in prayer we should share it with each other so that all can hear and respond and then keep praying…
There is power in unity, it was unified prayer in the upper room which brought the environment conducive for the Holy Spirit to come…

The Lord dropped the phrase, “it is time to seek the Lord until He come and rain down righteousness upon you” into my heart last night and told me to look it up…
I’ve looked it up this morning and it is the second part of the above verse…

So let it be Lord, as was said by the Sons of Korah in this Psalm, so let it be in the City of Christchurch and in the Nation of New Zealand, so let it be, it may be painful to be brought back to You but any amount of pain is worth it to live in Your Presence and enjoy the prosperity of Your Presence in our lives…
Remove the darkness Lord far from us – this will be painful, we will not enjoy it – but afterwards we will enjoy Your Presence and Your Righteousness…

Andrew , my concern for you is that many of your words reflect the influence of the teachings that are being used to promote the false that seeks to exalt and vindicate man .
I would not want you in your desire to serve our Lord, fall under the anointing of the false revival .
All I ask of you is to hold yourself accountable to the prophecies you have bought forth here and be willing to re examine them seeking confirmation from our Lord Jesus Christ , if things don’t play out as you have .
Andrew , you must understand that the pressure will come on all who are close to being released into a true ministry for our Lord Jesus Christ, and I don’t want to see you end up walking under the false anointing.

I’m glad that brother Kevin raised the “concerns” which he has – I am not confirming (or saying that I am agreeing with) the validity of brother Kevin’s “concerns” but I am glad that he raised them – and I took them seriously coming from Kevin – who I respect in the Lord – as a respected brother (not saying that I ‘worship’ Kevin or believe or agree with everything he says – but I do respect him in the Lord 🙂 )…
This is what we’re meant to do in the Body of Christ – test everything, hold on to what is true – well done to our brother Kevin for voicing his “concerns” so openly and not “hiding in the shadows” and making “veiled comments” (“barbs”) which you never really know whether they’re directed at you or not so it’s hard to find “closure” on them – he has “props” from me for so doing – and I didn’t sense any spirit of condemnation, witchcraft or Jezebel hanging around brother Kevin’s “queries”- well done Kevin, thank you brother, I mean that genuinely, thank you… 🙂
I have given all this – the words that I get where there is “declares the Lord” in them – back to the Lord a number of times (and again earlier on today – as above)…
I don’t take saying words with “declares the Lord” in them lightly…
Every time it happens I know that He is about to speak, it is the same every time…
And once it begins it is a constant flow of words – I did stop Him once (the word was bringing me a lot of pain) and then it continued again after a day or so (I published that word here on this blogsite) – I have been interrupted by my sons when it’s happened once and I needed to give it all back to the Lord before continuing – but He has always given me His Peace whenever I’ve had a “declares the Lord” word that I need to bring it – even though there have been times – like one of the very first times it ever happened – when I really didn’t want to (I wrestled with Him – it wasn’t pleasant – I still have a “barb” as I remember that word – heal me Lord and show me what is going on with that – what is it Lord?)…
Someone said, in one of the comments (which I deleted) from a few days ago, that I had a casual attitude towards the prophetic – this is a lie…
The same person (in another now deleted post from the other day) also poured scorn (or that was how it appeared to me – apologies to the poster if that was not their intention) on the fact that the Lord reminded me of a C. S. Lewis story (“The Voyage of the Dawn Treader”) which I had read in my youth in one of the words – the situation with Eustace becoming a dragon (due to his selfishness) and Aslan needing to cut and cut and cut with his claws to remove the dragon flesh from Eustace to remove selfishness from him…
That story when I read it as a boy made a great impact on me about the depths which the Lord would have to go to remove selfishness from me – the Lord used that memory in that word to remind me that He was there when I read that story, He had remembered and He would do the same with me (just like Paul quoting their own poets which they were familiar with to the Athenians)…
I have a clear conscience before the Lord about all the “declares the Lord” words on this thread…
He told me previously that He would not allow me to publish “declares the Lord” words on this blogsite unless they really were Him speaking (I have peace for this as I type)…
I believed Him…
I still believe Him…
I have brought other words which are not “declares the Lord” words and I don’t see them in the same light…
That’s me to the best of my ability hearing (or endeavouring to hear) from the Lord but it is not the Lord speaking directly (there is a difference and I know the difference) – but I still feel to bring those words but know that they’re from me and not directly from the Lord…
I believe in the Body making their own decisions before God regarding whether they get a witness to any “declares the Lord” word or ‘not “declares the Lord”‘ word which I bring…
It’s up to every individual before the Lord to decide whether He is speaking to them through any words which I bring (that is not my responsibility)…
My part is to bring them (the words) as I believe He is leading me – I must bring them (not in fear but I must bring them – the “declares the Lord” words)…
And then turn around as led by the Lord and process them myself and respond to them…

Andrew, I have no witness that these words as you have written them have come from our Lord .
They contain a mixture of your own desire to be accepted and validated by those whom you feel have maligned you , and they contain revelation about what will happen upon the return of our Lord .
Andrew , you must understand that you can’t rely only on the peace you feel to test if what you are receiving is indeed a word from our Lord, for this is easily counterfeited by your own emotional desires.
Look at the underlying fruit/motive/desire for what is of our Lord and what is of your own desires and emotions.
Our Lord does not mind being stopped or questioned or asked for confirmation.
He does not come to us in urgency or impatience .

Andrew, following is the complete word I was given for you that was posted on RS . Our Lord had me word it in terms of “my concern “, so that you would seek Him yourself to receive clarity You may have thought that the comment was simply my concern , and not given to me my our Lord .

2Th 2:9 The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders,

So we are going to have the false revival happening , at the same time as the true harvest is taking place , at the same time as the great falling away is happening, at the same time that the beast will rise in power and reign in the final lead up to the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Do I believe that the true baptism of the fire will fall on true servants in these times we live in ?
Yes absolutely , just as it did with the early church and Paul.
Do I believe the true servants walking in the fire will dominate the earth ?
No , they will simply serve as they have always along side all the false that we are going to see rise up.
Andrew , my concern for you is that many of your words reflect the influence of the teachings that are being used to promote the false that seeks to exalt and vindicate man .
I would not want you in your desire to serve our Lord, fall under the anointing of the false revival .

All I ask of you is to hold yourself accountable to the prophecies you have bought forth, and be willing to re examine them seeking confirmation from our Lord Jesus Christ , if things don’t play out as you have .
Andrew , you must understand that the pressure will come on all who are close to being released into a true ministry for our Lord Jesus Christ, and I don’t want to see you end up walking under the false anointing.

Your concern, as I understand it Kevin, with that portion of the word which I believe the Lord gave me, is that He said that He would give me a ministry and that He said that He would give others who had humbled themselves before Him a ministry…
This is a totally biblical concept, “Humble yourselves under the Mighty Hand of God so that He will lift you up in due time”…
Stephen humbled himself before the Lord – he served the widows and served tables but when his time came the Lord lifted him up…
His elevation involved preaching the Gospel – a very clear Gospel message – to those who had resisted Jesus before him – the religious elite who didn’t recognise the coming of their Messiah – and God raised him up with a ministry to exalt the Name of Jesus and testify boldly to His Name, indicting their unbelief and exposing their continual resistance to the Holy Spirit…
The result of God raising up Stephen and Stephen’s testimony to the Power of God in his life, “I see heaven opened and Jesus standing at the Right Hand of the Throne of God” was the subsequent salvation of the Apostle Paul – who watched him die – and the spread of the Gospel throughout the entire world…
